FAQ

Ordering Methods:

  1. Select the product & quantity you wish to purchase, click .
  2. To shop for more items click .
  3. To cancel any items, click Remove from cart at your shopping cart. 
  4. To add the quantity of any items, enter the new quantity and click at your shopping cart. 
  5. When you confirmed to purchase the items in your shopping cart, you may proceed to complete the Shipping Information. 
  6. Please try to provide the address where someone will be available at anytime to receive the products. 
  7. And make sure your address is complete (inclusive postcode) and accurate.
  8. The total amount of your purchase including the postage will be displayed. 
  9. Please select a Payment Methods for this order. 
  10. Once you’ve completed the Shipping Information form, click . 
  11. Shortly after this, you will receive an automatic email directly from our online shopping cart as a confirmation.

We accept the following modes of payment:

    • For only Paypal & credit cards, transaction will be dealt in USD.
    • An auto currency convertor is provided in Shipping Information, just before you proceed to payment.
  3. Credit cards (Master Card, Visa & American Express)
    • Credit cards are accepted via PayPal payable to Samuel@SamuelChong.com.

  4. Cheque
    • Please make the payment to CHONG YUAN PIN
    • Please fax a copy of the bank slip to 04-6569 806 or email to Info@SamuelChong.com to notify us of your payment made.

All payments must be received before your orders will be processed.
The order will only be processed on receipt of the full payment and will not be based on receipt of your payment slip.
We DO NOT take C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery), all payment must be paid in advance. 

Shipping Policy:

All packages will be calculated with the shipping fees which will automatically reflect upon checkout.
For further details on shipping fees, please check Freight Charges, you might win yourself a Free Delivery!!!

We order from our suppliers twice a month, on every 7th & 20th of the month at 10.00pm.
It usually takes about 1 week for the orders to arrive (depending on the distributor).
Once we receive the orders, we will immediately ship your parcel the next business day by Skynet (http://www.skynet.com.my/)
Hence, standard delivery time is between 9-12 days once the payment is made and confirmed

Please provide the address where someone will be available at anytime to receive the products.
In case this is not possible & the parcel is not delivered, Skynet will leave you a "notification of postal item" card.
You may request them to make a second attempts to deliver your parcel or you may collect your parcel from their nearest office.
If the package is undeliverable after a week or 2 attempts, the product will be returned to us.
If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product, but not for shipping charges.
All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.

Shipping for oversea orders:

- We provide worldwide shipment via courier service by TNT, which is generally within 5-7 business days. (http://www.tnt.com/express/en_my/site/home.html)
- Payment for overseas order is via PayPal & Credit Card only.

Out of Stock Items:

Please kindly take note that when you purchase an item, it does NOT mean that it is guaranteed to be in stock.
Sometimes the distributor is currently out of order and it's on backorder.

 

If this is the case, we will inform you immediately by email and refund the money to you.

We DO NOT take any BACKORDERS as we believe in customer’s satisfaction.

 

However, we’ll follow up the unavailable item for you; once it’s available we’ll send you an email and notify you whether you are still interested in purchasing the item.

Freight Charges

To make your shopping spree even more enjoyable, we pride ourselves in offering the quickest & most affordable shipping:

  1. All your orders will be sent ONLY by Courier Service Company - Skynet
  2. NO Handling Charges or any additional hidden charges.
  3. Reasonable Charges: charges for shipments are base upon weight, please check the charges below
  4. Free Delivery is applicable for orders above RM 350 (West Malaysia) or RM 450 (East Malaysia) in a single transaction.

Return Policy:

We do our very best to give detailed information & not misrepresent any item we sell.
Therefore, we ask that you consider your purchases carefully.

A valuable part of every magic trick is the secret.
Once the secret has been learned, full value has been received.

For this reason we do not accept any returns except in extreme circumstances in which case you must have prior authorization.
Any unauthorized returns will be refused by our receiving department and returned to you at your cost.

All authorized returns will be tested to be insured.
We can only offer a replacement (not a credit or refund)
All authorized returns must be within 30 days from the date you purchase.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if it is not our fault.

Lost Policy

 If your package got lost:

  1. If it is our fault, it will be replaced and reshipped at our expense.
  2. If it is not our fault, no refunds will be given.
    • We assure you that all items are new and in good condition before shipping
    • We do not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping
  3. If it is an incorrect shipping address.
    • Lost  packages will not be replaced
    • If the package is returned, additional postage is required before we will re-ship the package.
